Once you've decided on a package, you can make a reservation in several ways. First, you can book directly on our website.

Find the adventure that interests you and click on the "BOOK" button.

Next to each package, there's a reservation button. Fill in the required fields regarding the arrival date, the number of people, etc. After completing the requested information, we will receive your inquiry. If we have available spots for your requested date, we will confirm your reservation and send you payment instructions via email. Reservation link?

To reserve a spot, it is necessary to pay a deposit of €50 per person to our accounts in Serbia (in dinar equivalent) or in BiH (you choose what's easier for you), and pay the remaining amount on site.

Reservations serve as confirmation of your package, and if for any reason you need to postpone your arrival with us, please let us know at least 3 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, and we will transfer your payment to the new date. Otherwise, the reservation and the paid funds will be retained.

Also, you can make a reservation by phone, calling one of the numbers on the website, by email, or through Instagram, Facebook, etc. We are very active on all networks and respond quickly. In all cases, the required deposit of €50 per person is necessary.

CHANGING DATES OR CANCELING RESERVATIONS

All reservations can be canceled or postponed for another date. You need to contact us at least 3 weeks before your planned arrival date, and we will either refund your money or offer you a new date.

Please keep in mind that rain or bad weather are not valid reasons for cancellation. We have all the necessary equipment for rafting in poor weather, and our bungalows and restaurant have heating. If you're unsure, choose the summer months like July and August when rain is rare and short-lived.

We kindly ask for your understanding as we take our business very seriously. We do not want to find ourselves in a situation where we have agreed with you, but you do not show up.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?

Although the capacity of the RT center is large, we recommend booking your spots in advance. We advise you to contact us a few days in advance for weekdays and about three weeks in advance for weekend dates.

For those who want a faster, more exciting rafting experience, we recommend choosing April, May, or early June.

For those who want a calmer rafting experience or are coming with children, choose July, August, or September.

For those who want to visit us with children, we recommend choosing weekdays, from Sunday to Friday. Prices are more affordable on weekdays, and the crowds are smaller.

Prices are the most affordable at the beginning of the season, on weekdays, and for early bookings. If you know your vacation dates in advance, reserve your spots at more favorable prices.

We have organized music five evenings a week, with music playing until 01:00 after midnight. Our parties are now famous far and wide, and tables are often in high demand.
